Just want to pass on our gratitude for everything you have done to accommodate Ollie and his extra medical needs at Willowbrook. Sending him to nursery was a big thing for us, I was so worried that we wouldn’t be able to find somewhere that would listen to us with regards to his eating and we would end up with countless sleepless nights as his stomach reacted to food he had been given or taken from others and eaten.
From our first meeting I felt confident that you and Crystal took our situation seriously and took time to ask questions and try to understand where we were at with the process and help support us through while we trial new foods and try to make progress. We visited a few other nursery’s in the area when trying to make a decision on where was best to send Ollie but nowhere compared to Willowbrook. It’s hard to put into words but it was just the feeling I got when we came in, that mother’s gut instinct that told me that this was the right place for him. You treat each child with so much love and kindness, not just as another number on the books, it’s clear you really do care and that’s what makes me feel confident to leave him in your capable hands each morning. Thank you so much.
First of all, my little one, Atharv loves being at Nursery and he is always exited to go to the Nursery. That clearly shows how much he enjoyes there and play with his friends and that makes us happy too.
Willowbrook Nursery is paying very well attention developing his all key skills. We are so pleased with his development. I still remember the playdate day when all kids were nicely sitting on the mat and paying attention on what was being taught and answering questions being explained in very friendly manner to make the learning more enjoyable. At that time, my little one was not even ready to sit at one place so we were not even sure how long would it take for him to start progressing on that area and sit at one place and listen to teacher. We can clearly see the difference in him, of course he is not completely there yet but have started showing a good progress.
We are so please with all other developments like social skills, physical development, communication and language and many more... Willowbrook is doing an exceptional efforts on his development across all areas.
Famly app is also handy where Najia keeps us updated with Atharv's progress and learning about every week. Atharv is sharing a great bonding with Najia (his key person) and he misses her when he is back home.
We would surely highly recommend this Nursery to any age group and all staff is so friendly and supportive.
Honey has come along so much since starting Willowbrook In September 2020. I always have a worry about honeys development due to her additional needs (Kabuki Syndrome) but I have been blown away with how much she learns at nursery.
Social and educationally, Honey has learnt so much ranging from getting much better at sitting to eat meals and trying new foods, to learning different songs which I hear her singing sweetly to herself at home. I feel that she has learnt so much more than I ever expected her to at this age, and due to the Famly app we get to see snippets of what the children have been doing each week, which is so helpful and important as we can carry on the themes at home.
Pascal and all of the staff have always made me feel so comfortable to drop Honey off each day. She is usually so happy to stroll through the door and say goodbye to me, which as a parent is the best feeling, knowing your child is going into an environment that they are excited to go to, not clinging to your leg crying. I think it’s because all of the children seem to have such a lovely day there in a warm, nurturing, fun environment.
I’ve had the best early years experience with Honey at Willowbrook, and always recommend the nursery to any other parents I meet. I’ll be really sad to leave this summer.
We have been sending our children to Willowbrook for the last 2 years and are so pleased with Pascal and her team. They always go above and beyond with keeping the children entertained during the day by giving them fun new experiences like Yoga classes and Spanish lessons with Josie!
My daughter is currently looked after by Caroline and the team and loves it there, she has made some wonderful friends and loves coming home and telling me all about her day.
I feel comforted by the fact that I know she is being well looked after and in a safe, secure and fun environment.
Thank you!!
We have two children who have been at Willowbrook since last year, they are 4 and 2 years old.
It is evident that the teachers are doing a really good job as we can see the growth and learning in them both. The children love attending and absorb the teaching and environment really well. The outdoor space is fantastic.
Since the first day, to the present, Pascal and her team have been absolutely amazing, and you can see they really care about the children. We recently had a meeting to discuss how the children are doing and we were really pleased with their progress. It is lovely to see what they do at nursery via the Famly app.
Our eldest child, Mia is starting school in September and we know she will really miss Willowbrook and all the children & teachers.
We have used other nurseries in the past but Willowbrook is the best by far.
I honestly can't stop praising Willowbrook nursery for all the hard work they input into the kids and us as parents. They are supportive in all levels. Sean loves nursery so much and looks forward to be in school each day. His learning, reading and social skills are improving each day.Their communication with us parents is impeccable and I never feel left out or lost. I am a student nurse and having reliable childcare is more than I can ever ask for. Thank you Willowbrook team.
I am writing this email because of how passionate I am about the face that I finally discovered, Willowbrook nursery, after having such an awful experience else where I was so lucky to have found this nursery and Pascal was so warm and inviting it felt so right. Leila had been so hesitant in the old nursery but at Willowbrook she just got straight involved and never once cried, in fact she couldn't wait to go in and that has made me feel so happy and over the moon in fact because my child actually asks to go in every day! (very uncommon as my other 2 who went to different nurseries never done this) the staff are kind welcoming and very accommodating.... it is clean, well organised and somewhere I would highly recommend to ANY PARENT with a toddler. I am so grateful to have found this place and to watch my daughter Leila thrive and learn so much not to mention make amazing bonds with both staff and children.
By way of background, my daughter who is 19 months started at the nursery in April, so we are fairy new to life at Willowbrook nursery. We did however view the nursery in the summer of 2021.
Right from my initial enquiry to actually joining the nursery, communication has been exemplary. The moment I signed the papers to confirm my daughter joining the nursery, we have been made to feel part of the Willowbrook family.
We were kept up to date on what was happening at the nursery prior to joining. Well in advance of our daughter starting at the nursery, settling in sessions were booked along with info on how the sessions worked, this was all done with the family in mind and what worked best for us. Despite me having to change the start date once or twice, this was never a problem and I was never made to feel like an inconvenience.
I have two other small children (now in school) who also attended local private nurseries and Willowbrook has far exceeded them in terms of being so welcoming, nurturing and keeping me informed on my daughter.
The Famly app that is used at the nursery is such a wonderful tool, I can see what my daughter is up to throughout the day, the nursery often upload pictures and content, this was especially helpful when I had to leave my daughter at nursery when she first started, her key worker kept kept me updated on how things were going throughout the morning, very reassuring.
Even though my daughter has only been at the nursery a few months, she has a new found love of books, which I know the nursery encourage with allowing her to pick a book to bring home. She also has picked up lots of new words, which I believe being at nursery has helped with.
I cannot fault the staff, every morning you are met with a warming smile and open arms for the children. At the end of my daughters session at handover, her keyworker always brings her to the door and gives me a brief overview of how she has been, I can already see how fond my daughter has grown of her.
Finally, what really made me choose this nursery was meeting Pascal. When showing me around, it was clear to see how much every child adored her and her passion and enthusiasm for everything in the nursery setting was just amazing. I felt totally confident that this would be the place that my daughter would flourish.
Nicholas is now coming to the end of his time at Willowbrook and I wanted to formally thank you for all you have done, not only for him, but also for our family.
Nicholas always looks forward to coming to learn and play at nursery and he always leaves with a smile on his face. All the staff make him feel included, safe and happy - this speaks volumes.
You’ve supported us as parents and I cannot thank you enough. You have enriched Nicholas’ learning in so many ways; the library mornings, the trips, show and tell, world book day, Christmas shows, parent sessions etc - the list is endless and Nicholas has progressed because of the love and care you have all shown him.
We will be sad to say goodbye at the end of this term but I’m also filled with happiness knowing that Nicholas’ journey at Willowbrook has prepared him for his new chapter.
