We keep a daily feedback system where we exchange information with you at pick up on food, sleep, play and nappy changes (for younger children). We also keep record of your child’s development, work and play activities and share them with you throughout the year.
At Willowbrook your child is our main priority and we know that you know them best. Therefore we would like to include you as much as possible where we can. We like to include parents in the planning of outings, themes, activities and various other projects.
All parents are sent all of our policies once registration is complete and these will be updated accordingly. They are informed of the systems for registering queries, complaints or suggestions. We keep an open door policy as we genuinely want to work with you to offer your child the best early years experience.

As we all know choosing the right nursery for your child is extremely important and you want to know that each day your child is happy, safe and being loved and cared for just as they would be at home. As we all know choosing the right nursery for your child is extremely important and you want to know that each day your child is happy, safe and being loved and cared for just as they would be at home. Here at Willowbrook nursery we provide an open door policy and are happy for you to come and have a look around to get a feel for the environment that we provide. You can contact us at any time and we will try to accommodate you there and then.
From then if you decide that we are the nursery for you we will arrange a one hour stay and play session which will then be followed by two free settling in sessions where you will drop your child to nursery for a morning or afternoon play session. Settling in to a new environment can be very emotional for some children where as others can get up and go with confidence. Your child’s needs are very important to us and we will base the needs of your child’s settling in period individually.
